How to start and operate

Italian intermediaries wishing to use the FundWay services should send:

• Copy of the articles of association
• Copy of the document certifying the authorization to act as a financial intermediary
• Copy of an ID document of a legal representative
• Specimen of signatures

The intermediary shall receive an operating memorandum whose content must be accepted in writing.

In order to operate as italian retail fund distributor of the intermediary must be included in the official list of retail distributor of investment fund.

In order to use the Fund Order Routing service the intermediary shall sign a contract governing the economic terms of the service.

Activation of FundWay On Line

To activate the FundWay On Line internet it is requested to sign the activation contract (italian).
